I am a Service Designer--passionate about user experience design, business development and design research. I love a busy, collaborative and enthusiastic environment where people dare to think differently.
I am Co-Founder and Design Lead at IBM Gofleetly, an ecommerce software startup incubated at IBM. My work focuses on identifying market opportunities and user-needs, and addressing them through design. I work alongside product management, engineering, sales and marketing to deliver cohesive brand experiences for Gofleetly.
In the past, I've had the pleasure of working with IBM Watson IoT, Accenture's Fjord, Procter & Gamble, and Seventh Generation. I am a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) with a BFA in Service Design.
I currently reside in Austin, TX and you'll find me at Quack's Bakery, running around Town Lake, or cycling out in Hill Country. I'm a Vermont native and the state has impressed upon me a joy for being outside rain, snow, or shine. When I'm tired from playing all day, I'll be painting, illustrating, or sewing inside.
